Services

One-engineer software studio · San José, Costa Rica

Six services, one criterion: to solve a concrete part of your operation and leave it working, with your team in charge. All of them start the same way — by understanding the problem — and all of them end with the code in your repository.

Two questions are enough to know which of the six is yours: answer them and I tell you what I would do.

01

Analytics and data

To know what is really happening: what visits, what sells, what moves and what each number decides.

Who it is for: you have ERP, CRM and spreadsheets, and decisions are still made by eye.

What is included

  • Instrumentation with GA4 and PostHog on the site you already have.
  • A dashboard connected to your real sources, with the indicators that change decisions.
  • Data extraction, cleaning and joining (ETL) on your system as it stands.
  • Open source CRM implemented and adapted if the problem is commercial follow-up.

02

Process automation

To automate repetitive manual work and give that time back to your team, starting with the stretch that eats the most hours.

Who it is for: the process works, but it costs twice what it should.

What is included

  • A diagnostic of the process, measured with the person who runs it, on the real operation.
  • Automation of the expensive stretch: the repetitive work stops passing through hands.
  • Integrations between the tools you already use: ERP, CRM, email, spreadsheets.
  • Measurement again at the end, to know whether it worked.

03

Custom apps

Your own software for the part of the operation that asks for more than a spreadsheet, with an open base where it makes sense.

Who it is for: a spreadsheet holds your business up and everyone knows it except the system.

Documented case: Armacancha, with bookings, leagues and football tournaments in production. See the case.

What is included

  • A custom web application built on your real operation and on day-to-day data.
  • Warehouse and inventory traceability (WMS): entries, exits, returns and counts.
  • An open source base adapted when something already solves most of it.
  • Training for your team and the repository inside your company.

04

E-commerce

To sell online with the catalogue, the payment and the inventory in order, and the store measuring from day one.

Published cases: a product store on WooCommerce and a custom wallet. See the projects.

What is included

  • Store on WooCommerce: catalogue, cart, payment and shipping.
  • A custom wallet and payments, with a balance and movements per account.
  • Inventory, orders and invoicing connected to the rest of your operation.
  • Store measurement from day one.

05

Web development

A website that explains what you do, designed from the start for whoever will maintain it later.

Who it is for: the site looks good and can still say much more: what you sell, to whom and why choose you.

What is included

  • Message and content architecture before touching the design.
  • Built in WordPress or Next.js, depending on who will maintain it.
  • 301 redirects to keep what was already ranking.
  • Analytics connected and documented from delivery.

06

Consulting

A prioritised roadmap for when the problem is clear and the solution is yet to be defined, with an honest estimate of the effort that would come after.

Who it is for: you know something can improve and you want to name the problem before investing.

What is included

  • A working session on your real situation, with your data in front of us.
  • A roadmap prioritised by impact and effort, with my own judgement before technological fashion.
  • What I would do first and what I would do after, with the thinking behind each step.
  • You can run it with me or with another team: the document is yours.

How it is quoted

Three ways to work together. All three start by understanding your case.

Every project has its own scope and its own figure: two companies with the same symptom have different problems. The budget is made after the diagnostic and always in writing.

  • Closed project: fixed scope, fixed price and a delivery date.
  • Monthly support: hours a month for maintenance, improvements and whatever comes up. You can stop it whenever you want.
  • One-off consulting: one session and a roadmap. You pay once and take it with you.

We start with a one-hour conversation.

You tell me what is going on and I tell you how I would approach it. I tell you in that same conversation.
